This series of hydraulic cone crushers is a cone crusher developed by our company. In the event of iron passing or instantaneous blockage, the machine can be hydraulically lifted and automatically discharged, avoiding the need for maintenance shutdown of the spring cone crusher. The thin oil lubrication system on the fuselage extends the service life of the equipment. It is suitable for medium to high hardness materials such as granite, marble, limestone, iron ore, copper ore, basalt, etc.

Working principle

By the rotation of the electric motor, the pulley or coupling, transmission shaft, and conical part are driven to make periodic swinging motion of the eccentric shaft below the axis. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, it is subjected to the mutual impact, compression, grinding, and rubbing of the eccentric shaft and the rolling mill wall, resulting in crushing. The hydraulic safety system can use hydraulic pressure to remove the faulty objects from the support sleeve and the top of the fixed cone part when the machine experiences iron failure or blockage, which greatly reduces maintenance rates and improves production efficiency while playing a good safety role.
